| Abstract: | The paper presents the results of studies of fault zones carried out in the Upper Silesian Coal Basin. Three types of changes
of the coal were distinguished: degradative changes connected with a deterioration in the quality of the coal; aggradational
changes connected with an increase in the quality of coal; and the type of coal which shows no significant change in the values
of its parameters. |
