黄河三角洲湿地土壤线虫群落空间分布研究

为了解黄河三角洲湿地土壤线虫空间分布状况,以位于黄河三角洲湿地的孤东油田及黄河三角洲国家级自然保护区为研究地点,比较了油区与对照土壤线虫群落的空间分布特征。结果显示油区中食真菌和食植物线虫空间分布稍许聚集,但有随机因素。对照中食真菌线虫呈随机分布,食植物线虫呈聚集分布。油区中食细菌线虫趋于随机分布,对照样地则稍许聚集。另外,油区与对照土壤线虫及捕食性或杂食性线虫均呈空间聚集分布。通过油区与对照线虫群落营养类群空间分布特征的差异对比,可为黄河三角洲湿地生态系统健康状况评价提供有益的数据。

Spatial Distribution of Soil Nematode Communitin Yellow River Delta Weland

To study spatial distribution of soil nematodes in Yellow River Delta wetland, spatial distribution of soil nematodes in Gudong oilfield and Yellow River Delta national nature reserve was studied by comparisons with the control site. The distribution patterns of fungal feeders and plant feeders revealed to be somewhat clustered but with random elements in oilfield site. In the control site the fungal feeders showed a random distribution and the plant feeders showed a clustered distribution. The distribution pattern of bacterial feeders revealed a random distribution in oilfield site,but a somewhat clustered in the control site. The soil nematodes and omnivores-predators all revealed a clustered distribution in both oilfield site and control site. The difference in spatial distribution characteristics between the oilfield site and the control site will provide useful data for health assessment of wetland ecosystems in the Yellow River Delta wetland.
