Abstract: | The data were collected from the spawning Hemirhamphus sajori (T.et S.) in Rongcheng and Longkou in May 1993, Qingdao and Zhuanghe in May 1994. The results indicate that the fecundity in 1994 (mean of 22974) were larger than that in 1993 (mean of 16040). The egg diameter distributions and mean body sizes suggested that individuals migrating longer distances had larger egg diameters and larger mean body sizes. |
