| 摘 要： | 区域经济规模的合理性取决于经济活动对环境造成的影响是否在环境容量的限度内,因此,环境容量大小成为影响区域经济可持续发展的限制因素.以环境容量这个表征环境系统健康与否的关键指标为限制因素,运用数理经济学方法,应用广义福利概念建立环境经济承载力的分析模型,并用动态规划方法来求解区域经济发展的最大(优)经济规模,以此作为衡量区域可持续发展的一个参考. |
