晋豫铝土矿的物质组分及矿石可用性研究

摘    要:晋豫铝土矿属-水硬铝石型,主要物质组分是-水硬铝石,高岭石,伊利石和绿泥石,其中伊利石和绿泥石是主要的有害杂质。在晋北区的某些矿石呈,可以出现一定数量的一水软铝石。晋北区矿石以AlO3含量料低,粘土物总量高、可磨性差为特点;平陆豫西区以Al2O3含量高、粘土物质总量低,可磨性好和预脱硅效率低为特点。

Abstract:The bauxite ore in Shanxi and Henan belongs to diaspore type The main components of ore are diaspore, kaolinite, illite and chlorite, among them illite and chlorite are the harmful impurities In north Shanxi, the bauxite ore shows that Al 2O 3 is low, clay mineral is high and the grindability is no good, whereas in west Henan, Al 2O 3 is high, clay mineral is low, the grindability is good and the efficiency of predesilication is low, and in Luliang and Taihang of Shanxi, and Al 2O 3 is high, kaolinite is the main component in clay mineral, efficiency of predesilication is high The subtypes of normal and clastic ore are excellent for the alumina production The kaolinite subtype ore can not be regarded as a suitable ore It should take care to use the bauxite rich in illite The bauxite ore occurred in Luliang and Taihang areas are mostly suitable to Beyer process
