开顶式气室在生态学研究中的应用进展

摘    要:介绍了开顶式气室在模拟未来可能影响生态系统的环境变化(如CO2和O3浓度增加、污染加剧等)的应用研究进展情况,指出应用开顶式气室进行研究必须注意由于气室结构本身无法避免的缺陷导致的试验误差,并对该技术在生态学领域未来的应用前景进行了展望.

Abstract:The application of Open-top chamber(OTC)in the simulation of environmental changes,such as the increase of carbon dioxide and ozone concentrations and the aggravation of pollution that may impose effects on various ecosystems in the future,is reviewed. Particularly it was pointed out that experimental errors caused by intrinsic defects from OTC's structure itself should be regarded.The paper also gave an outlook to the use of OTC related techniques in the field of ecology.
