摘    要:随着我国城市化的加速推进,城市经营越来越受到重视,城市经营中的营销工作也日渐显得重要起来。城市经营者如何利用城市公共资源,在正确分析城市营销诸因素的基础上,运用相关理论,并采取有效的营销策略对城市进行营销,正是文章分析的主要内容。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the urbanization in our country, much more attention is devoted to the problem of city operation, so the city salesmanships is becoming more and more important .How to make good use of the city's public resources and apply the concerned theories to the practice of city operation, how to use the effective salesmanships tricks in the practice of the city salesmanships according to the features of city salesmanships,all these questions are analysed in this article.
