| 摘 要： | 廊坊市的缺水状况越来越严重，已经成为国民经济和社会发展的主要制约因素。为了稳定农业生产，贯彻可持续发展战略，必须通过“节流”、“开源”、“优化水资源配置”等科学开发利用水资源的措施，合理地解决水的问题。
