鹿寨县“8.11”特大雷击伤亡事故分析

摘    要:根据多普勒天气雷达回波与闪电定位仪资料,对2008年8月11日发生在鹿寨县的特大雷击伤亡事故进行分析得出,此次雷灾事故的直接致灾原因是石棉瓦小屋内的群众因跨步电压和旁络闪击以及接触电压而被击伤。

Abstract:According to the Doppler weather radar echoes and the data gained by lightning positioning indicators,this paper studied the serious casualty by lightning strike in Luzhai on August,11,2008.the results showed that step voltage,next lightning network and touch voltage were the immediate causes for the accident.
