| Abstract: | In this paper, the organization form and basie function of academic society are introduced, and the new problems facing the academic society in the market econo-my conditions are studied and analyzed. Therefore, it is necessary to take some reform measures to develop and suit the academic society to the new situation, and some inno-vative probes on the academic society activities are made in combination with the prac-tical work. |
