广州地铁站口零售商业集聚类型分析

以广州为研究对象，在分析地铁站口的区位特征基础上，分别从形态、层次结构、业态3个方面对站口附近的地面零售商业集聚进行类型划分的探讨。从形态上看，它可分为4种类型，即斑状、条带状、面状和团块锥体状。从层次结构方面看，地铁站分别处于商业等级结构的3个层次。从业态方面看，地面商业集聚的商业业态有3等级6种模式。地铁站口地下商业集聚类型分为3大类，即站厅商铺、通道商铺和与站口直接相连的地下商业街。

AGGLOMERATIVE TYPES OF RETAIL BUSINESS AROUND SUBWAY STATIONS IN GUANGZHOU

Based on the analysis of location characters of subway stations in Guangzhou, the agglomeration of retail business around the subway stations is studied in light of the spatial distribution, and the hierarchical structure of retail business, and the status of retailing operation. The spatial distribution shows four types that are patch, stripe, plane and pyramid. The hierarchical structure of retail business around, the station has three levels. And the retailing operation has three grades that are divided into six models. At last, the congregation of retail business in the subway stations is categorized into three types, i.e. shop in the station, shop along the passage and underground mall linking the station hall.
