| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了重氮复印法的原理及优点。报导了新型重氮感光剂-2.5-二丁氧基-4-吗啉基苯重氮氟硼酸盐的合成路线,论述了涂布配方、显影配方、偶联剂的选择及影响偶合反应的主要因素,给出了FZ-102胶片的显影液配方及显影条件,还报导了FZ-102及FZ-203重氮感光胶片的性能及其在图象复制中的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the principle and advantage of diazocopy. The composition line of new-type diazo sensitizer ——4-morpholino-2,5-dibutoxy-bezene diazonium tetrafluoro borate is described. The selection of formulations for coating, developer and coupler is discussed together with the major factors effecting couple reaction. The developer's formulation and developing condition for FZ-102 film is given. The property of FZ-102 and FZ-203 diazofilm and their application in image reproduction are also presented. |
