| 摘 要： | 首先简要分析了深圳市现行的房产测绘管理机制的特点 ,通过对重庆市、武汉市房产管理部门及深圳市房地产开发公司的调研 ,结合我们的工作实践 ,指出了深圳市现行的房产测绘管理机制中存在的几个问题 ,最后针对存在的问题提出了深圳市房产测绘管理机制改革的几点建议。
