龙须菜藻体匍匐组织的生理特性与功能研究

摘    要:于1992年9月-1994年8月,在模拟潮间带生态条件的培养过程中,对龙须菜生长和发育的过程进行长期的连续性观察研究。研究中发现,以往被称为“固着器”的藻体匍匐组织具有特殊生理特性;它是孢子萌发后首先形成的部分,是直立藻体产生的基础;当夏末和深冬季节到来时,直立藻体通常成熟,放散孢子后逐渐衰退,这种趋势从藻体尖端开始逐渐向基部发展,最终保留匍匐组织度过逆境。待温度适宜时又从匍匐组织上萌生新的直立枝

Abstract:A device of simulating ecological environment located over the region of intertidal zonewas setup, through which the growth and development of Gracilaria lemaneiformis were observedand studied from Sept. l992 to Aug. l994 and subsequently the creeping tissues of thalli, known as"holdfast" were found with important physiological feabos. It was the first formed after sporesgerminated, then to be the base branches grown up, and later passing through the seasons ofsummer and winter branches matured and spores discharged, decaying from apical port to base. Inthis duration, it is the Ponion of creeping tissue, keeping itself to go against adversity andregenerating when temperature once suitable. The whole process undrgone indicates that the creepinghssues of G. lelllaneijbrn1is Possess the capability of anh-adVersity and reproductivity and thereforeunder natural condition to take the advantage of regeneration capability of creeping tissue is ananother effective way the reproduction, apart from spore propapation. Besides, the conbet betweencreeping tissue and erect thalllus with spectrophotometric absorption was also recorded.
