| 摘 要： | 本文目的是评价肝癌碘油ＣＴ分型与其与栓塞疗效相应关系，使用的材料和方法是收集和分析我院４５例肝癌肝动脉碘油术后ＣＴ表现，比较分型与栓塞后肿瘤复发情况。结果是碘油在肝癌内的聚集开矿何分三种类型：完全型，斑片型和稀少型。经过随访发现，完全型疗效最佳，全部病例观察１年均未见局部复发：疗效其次是斑片型，其中１６例栓塞后６个月局部复发，余均在８－１０个月内复发；稀少型均在６个月内局部复发。结论是碘油在肝癌形
