| 摘 要： | 会计人才培养模式的研究 ,已成为高等院校会计教育改革的重大课题 ,对我国会计教育的现状及会计高等教育的改革方向进行了简要分析 ,进一步明确了会计人才培养目标的具体内涵 ,并提出了构建高层次复合型会计人才培养模式的总体思路及目前会计人才培养模式改革的有效途径。

| Abstract: | As for researching the training pattern of accountant talents, it becomes an important issue for study in the higher education reform. the article analyses the current situation of our country’s account education and the way to reform higher learning in account, by defining the meaning of the training goal of accountant talents, puts forward the general thought of training pattern of higher level, accountant talents and take the effective measure to training pattern reform on accountant talents. |
