摘    要:研究了甲基膦酸二甲庚酯(P350)减压微色谱柱对Au的萃取性能。减压条件下,2mol/LHCI或浓度<25%的王水介质中的Au被萃取在P350(Φ3mm)微色谱柱上,再用小体积的1%Na_2SO_3定量洗脱。与常规柱相比,减压微色谱柱分离具有柱效高、洗脱体积小、速度快、节省大量试剂等优点。经标准样品验证,方法可用于含Au 0.025~200g/t地质样品的分析。

Abstract:The property of extracted gold on decompressed chromatographic micro column with P350 resin was studied. Under decompression, gold was quantitatively adsorbed on chromatographic micro column from 2 mol/L HC1 solution or <25% aquaregia medium, and e-luted with 1 ml 1% Na2SO3. In comparison with conventional column, the separation using chromatographic micro column has the advantages of high efficiency, small elution volum, rapidity and low cost. This method can be used for the determination of 0. 025~200g/t Au in ores.
