瑞典地籍管理对我国不动产统一登记的启示

建立和实施不动产统一登记制度是一项重大的改革工作和系统工程。将分散在多个部门的全国土地、房屋、草原、林地、海域等不动产登记职责整合由一个部门承担,做到登记机构、登记簿册、登记依据和信息平台"四统一",责任重大,任务艰巨。本文围绕登记机构、登记内容、登记依据和信息平台4个方面介绍瑞典不动产统一登记工作,通过借鉴瑞典不动产统一登记的经验,对我国不动产统一登记"四统一"工作进行了思考,提出了建议。

The Enlightenment of Swedish Cadastral Management on Chinese Unified Registration of Immovable Properties

The Chinese unified registration system of immovable property is a major reform and its establishment implementation is a system engineering, a great responsibility, and an arduous task. It aims at making the disperse and maritime space, integrate into one ministry to take charge to form the administration system of one registration authority, one registration book, one registration basis, and one information platform.
