双路点对点视频会议系统设计与实现

摘    要:地震系统实现与政府相关应急部门的单路点对点视频会议,为满足双方双路甚至多路的视频会议需求,采用编解码器的模数/数模转化技术,通过增加音视频切换器模块、音视频分配器模块和双绞线传输器模块,最终实现地震局值班室与应急办、指挥大厅与应急办的双路点对点视频会议,同时实现上海市地震局多路视频源信号与应急办传输功能,拓展沟通渠道,丰富通讯信息,保证信息传输及时有效.

Abstract:Seismic system has implemented the single point to point video conference between seismic system and relevant emergency services of government. In order to meet the dual, even mul- tichannel video meeting demand, we use the analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog technolo- gy of codec and add the audio and video switcher module, audio and video distributor mod- ule, two pairs of twisted-pair transmitter module. Finally, we implemented the dual point to point video conference between emergency hall and the municipal government emergency of- lice, and between emergency command hall and the municipal government emergency office. Meanwhile, we implemented the multi-channel video source signals transmission function be- tween our administration and the emergency office, thus expanding bilateral channels of com- munication, enriching communication information, ensuring the timely and effective informa- tion transmission.
