| Abstract: | Geotechnical data obtained from the polymetallic nodules investigation in 1994, in combi nation with the historical data concerned, are analyses comprehensively to study sediment types, geotechnical properties, soil strength and so on, in order to provide bases for design and construction of engineering facilities and the equipments raquired for the polymetallic nodules mining in the future. |
