抛物面天线表面的拟合检测方法研究

摘    要:首先介绍了抛物面天线检测模型和利用激光跟踪仪进行抛物面天线检测的作业方案,然后使用激光跟踪仪对小口径的旋转抛物面天线进行测量实验,采集天线表面点的三维坐标数据,并将采集的数据进行抛物面拟合,利用曲面拟合结果进行抛物面焦距的计算,并将其计算结果与设计值进行对比分析,确定其检测结果。

Abstract:Firstly, the detection model of the parabolic antenna is elaborated, the detection project using Laser Tracker is put forward. Then, a survey experiment to a small-diameter rotating parabolic antenna using Laser Tracker is conducted. Some 3D coordinate data of the antenna surface is collected and fitted by the parabolic model. And the focal distance of the parabolic is calculated using the fitting result. Lastly, to confirm the detection result, a contrast analysis between the calculated result and the designed value is conducted.
