涪江支流湔江水环境容量及总量控制研究

摘    要:本文以四川省绵阳市湔江为研究对象,通过对该河流水质现状的分析,根据2005年现场实测的数据,采用建立的一维水环境容量计算模型来测算和分析该河流的水环境容量。结果表明:该河流水环境容量CODCr为1384.83ta-1,NH3-N为97.69ta-1,所排放的CODCr量、NH3-N量没有超过该流域容量,出水水质达到水质保护目标Ⅲ类标准。并根据该流域污染源的实际情况,针对工业污染源和城镇生活污染源的不同特点提出具体的总量控制对策。

Abstract:The object of research is Jianjiang river of Mianyang city in Sichuan Province.According to actual data in 2005,the research used the established one-dimensional model to calculate and analyze the water environmental capacity.The result indicated that the water environmental capacity of this river,CODCr was 1384.83ta-1and NH3-N was 97.69 ta-1.The CODCrand NH3-N emission volume had not exceeded the capacity of the basin.The water quality gained the goal of water protecting standards III class.The total quantity control countermeasures for effective control of the polluted sources from industry non-point and residency were proposed according to the actual situation of polluted sources and their different characteristics in the area.
