海岛生态修复成效综合评价指标体系研究

海岛是我国海洋生态保护的重要区域，对支撑经济社会发展、维护海洋生态安全和国家海洋权益具有重要意义。目前我国已开展诸多涉及海岛的海洋生态修复工程，修复效果已显现。海岛生态修复成效评价是检验生态修复工作效果的重要工具，目前的评价方法多集中于对工程指标的评判，而缺乏对修复项目整体效果的考察。文章从海岛生态修复工程完成情况、海岛生态系统功能恢复成效、海岛生态修复外溢效益3个方面，构建海岛生态修复成效综合评价指标体系，力求科学、全面、客观地评价海岛生态修复成效。

The Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Island Ecological Restoration Effect

Island is an important part of marine ecological protection in China. It is of great significance to support economic and social development, national defense security and national marine right and interest. At present, China has carried out many marine ecological restoration projects involving islands, and the restoration effect has been shown. The evaluation of island ecological restoration effect is an important tool to examine the restoration effect. The current evaluation methods mainly focus on the evaluation of engineering technical indexes, but lack of the overall effect of restoration projects. This paper proposed a comprehensive evaluation index system of island ecological restoration effect from three aspects, including completion of island ecological restoration projects, effectiveness of island ecosystem function restoration, and spillover benefits of island ecological restoration, and aimed to evaluate the effect of island ecological restoration scientifically, comprehensively, and objectively.
