Abstract: | The Mining risers are an important part of deep-sea mining systems, and bending moment analysis of risers is an important indicator to ensure the normal use of risers. The complex marine environment in which the riser is located and the free boundary conditions at the bottom of the mining riser make it difficult to analyze the bending moment characteristics of the riser. Based on wave theory, the model of offshore mining riser is established by using Abaqus finite element software, and the AQUA offshore engineering module in Abaqus is used to analyze the bending moment of the mining riser under the combined action of axial force, self-weight, buoyancy, wave load, ocean current load and simulated horizontal and heaving motion of offshore platforms, and the influence of weight changes of different installation positions and different relay silos on the bending moment of the lifting pump is calculated, and the results show that the lifting pump will increase the bending moment amplitude of the installation position, and the installation position will have a superimposed effect on the bending moment of the riser. The increase of the weight of the relay silo improves the overall stability of the riser, but it will cause the bending moment fluctuation at the lifting pump to have the adverse effect of extending to the middle, which provides a theoretical basis for actual production. |
