中国中部地区区域问题新解

中部地区的区域问题是“发展迟滞”,可称为“迟滞病”。“发展迟滞”是中部六省区域问题的综合症结,其表现为区域经济发展受阻、发展迟缓、在全国的相对地位下降;导致中部地区经济发展迟滞的因素主要有区域投资环境、产业结构水平、城市化水平、区域对外开放程度等;针对中部地区制约区域快速发展的因素,提出了加快基础设施建设、调整产业结构、加快城市化发展、推进市场化进程、加强区域合作、提高对外开放水平等促进中部地区崛起的对策建议。

A NEW EXPLANATION ON CENTRAL REGION QUESTIONS IN OUR COUNTRY

"Sluggish development" is the comprehensive crux in the six middle provinces. It presents the symptoms that the regional economy develops slowly and lags behind others relatively. The main reasons involve the regional investment environment, the industrial structure level, the urbanization level, the regional opening to the outsides and so on. Then the countermeasures such as speeding up the infrastructure construction, adjusting industrial structure, accelerating the urbanization development, advancing the market progress, strengthening the regional cooperation and promoting the opening level to the outsides are proposed to promote its rising abruptly.
