| 摘 要： | 本义就煤炭资源的开发利用中，煤矿区产生的水资源浪费、水资源污染、含水层疏于和区域地下水水位下降，以及矿井突水等环境水文地质问题进行了论述，提出加强水资源的综合规划和管理，进行污水处理与重复利用，实行水资源有偿使用等水资源保护和开发利用措施，并提出了开发采空积水的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper has described the environmental hydrological problems caused by waste and pollution of water resources, dry of water horizon, water table decreasing of regional groundwater and water discharging of mine well etc. in coal mines in accordance with development and utilization of coal mineral resources. The author has put forwards the methods of protection and utilization of water resources, such as the comprehensive planing and management of water resources, treatment and recycle of polluted water, paid utilization of water resources etc. A proposals about water utilization of mined area has been put up |
