基于超级分子膜的煤层气井控煤粉方法

摘    要:针对煤层气井煤粉堵塞卡泵问题,提出利用超级分子膜(SMF)形成的三维空间网状结构阻止大颗粒煤粉运移来进行煤层气井控煤粉的方法。以沁水盆地3号煤为对象开展了SMF控煤粉效果室内实验,结果表明:超级分子膜能有效将煤粉吸附成体积较小煤粉团并沉降,达到控煤粉目的;存在对应不同煤粉含量的超级分子膜合理用量,煤粉质量分数为1%~10%时,SMF中的A剂体积分数为5%~15%,与煤粉混合液用量比为15:1~4:1,SMF中的B剂体积分数为6%~9%,与A剂用量比为1:1~3:1;当煤粉团堆积过多时,加入酸性破胶剂破环网状结构,使煤粉团恢复单个颗粒煤粉集中排出。该方法工艺操作简便,可周期进行,是一种理论上可延长煤层气井检泵周期10倍以上的控煤粉技术。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of stuck pump induced by coal dust blocking in CBM well, this paper proposes a method of coal dust control in CBM well by using the three-dimensional space network structure formed by supermolecular film(SMF) to prevent the transport of large coal particles. The laboratory experiment of SMF pulverized coal control effect was carried out with No.3 coal in Qinshui basin as the object. The experimental results showed that the supermolecular film could effectively adsorb pulverized coal into smaller pulverized coal groups and settle them to achieve the purpose of pulverized coal control. There exists reasonable dosage of supermolecular films corresponding to different pulverized coal mass fraction. When the pulverized coal mass fraction is 1%-10%, the volume fraction of agent A in SMF is 5%-15%, the dosage ratio of mixture with pulverized coal is 15:1-4:1, the volume fraction of agent B in SMF is 6%-9%, and the dosage ratio of agent A is 1:1-3:1. When the pulverized coal is piled up too much, the acidic gelling agent is added to break the ring network structure, so that the pulverized coal can recover the centralized discharge of individual particles. This method is easy to operate and can be carried out regularly. It is a kind of pulverized coal control technology which theoretically can greatly extend the CBM well inspection pump cycle by more than 10 times.
