| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，科技的进步可以扩大矿产资源的总量，提高矿产资源的有效利用率，使矿产资源增值增效，矿物岩石的声、光、电、磁、热、结构、组分等物化特性将得到充分利用和改造。知识创新体系是实现矿产资源价值扩张的坚实基础，而管理创新则是资源价值实现的根本保证。
