气囊出运沉箱的安全控制

摘    要:伴随着深水泊位的建设,大型沉箱因具有良好的整体性、稳定性、施工的高效性而备受设计单位和建设单位的青睐,具有广泛的应用前景,如何确保沉箱的出运安全成为所有施工单位关注的焦点。成功采用了“超高压气囊顶升、运移沉箱上浮船坞出运沉箱”的施工工艺安全出运百余大型沉箱。结果表明,以安全生产责任制为核心,采用防治结合方法将其进行认真落实,保证措施有效是气囊出运沉箱安全的必要条件和有效保证。

Abstract:Deep water berth design and construction units perfer large caisson for its integrity, stability, and efficiency in engineering. It has the perspective of extensive applications. The concerns focused by the related engineering units are how to ensure the caisson transport safety. Technological procedures that a caisson is hoisted by an ultrahigh-pressure air-bag, moved into a floating dock and transported have been used for successful transport of more than 100 caissons. It is shown that the kernel is the system of the safe production responsibilities. Method for combining the accident prevention and treatment must be practical. The guarantee measures are necessary and effective for caisson safe-transport by air-bag.
