摘    要:以大亚湾和台湾海峡的实测数据为依据,认为培养过程中的搅动十分重要。对比^14C测定初级生产力的几种培养方法,结果表明,悬挂式现场培养法比较可靠,但其应用受到一定限制;旋转培养法与悬挂式现场培养法结果相近,又可在甲板上进行,值得推广;静置培养法由于培养过程中缺乏搅动,数据不稳,结果偏低,不宜采用。24h连续悬挂式现场培养法的结果及计算机对培养过程的模拟指出,新固定的碳可快速损失,因此培养时间不宜超过

Abstract:Different 14C techniques characterized by different incubation processes have been tised for measuring plankton primary production in Taiwan Strait and Daya Bay. They show the importance of stirving in the incubation processes and the results measured by the technique with unmoveable incubation bottles are 30%~40% lower than those who have moveable or moving incubation battles,even though this kind of technique can save a lot of trouble for marine survey because it is very simple. In situ incubation technique with moveable incubation bottles fastened to a line deployed vertically at sea can provide reliable results but oceanographers are reluctant to take it because it requires at least 1 h of ship-time. A shipboard technique with it' s incubation bottles rotating continuously can provide results close to that of in situ incubation technique.With some results of nearly 24 h incubations,a simulated model was made to study the loss of 14C in the incubation process. The result indicated that the incubation time might as well be within 2 h in order to control the error<- 10%.
