| 摘 要： | 矿产资源经济学的基本理论--持续优化利用理论和产权理论的总体发展要建立在现代主流西方经济学基础之上,以当代人和后代人的整体利益最大化为前提,以资源稀缺且强度增加为逻辑起点.具体而言,持续优化利用理论以矿产资源国际间的配置理论、技术进步对矿产资源开发利用的经济学影响及代际分配理论等三方面为主要发展趋势;而产权理论的发展将以产权的严格界定和产权市场化、规范化为主,并着重研究产权活动中的政府行为.

| Abstract: | The essential theories of mineral resource economics include sustain optimization utilization theory and theory of property-right. On the whole, the essential theories must take the modern mainstream western economics as foundation, take the greatest benefit of the present age and later ages, and strengthen of resource scarce as starting point. The sustain optimization utilization theory will take international distribution theory of mineral resource, the economical influence of technical advance to mineral exploitation and utilization, theory of generation distribution as main development trend. The theory of property-right will take the strict definition, market, standardize and act of government as main development direction. |
