| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义经济的快速发展,对水资源的需求越来越高,由此导致的缺水问题越来越受到重视,很多专家学者对此进行过不少研究.本文对全国缺水问题的产生以及现状进行了分析,并提出了解决缺水问题的有效途径.

| Abstract: | Following the rapid development of socialism economy, the demand for water resources is higher and higher, which result to the issue on short of water. The issue is paid more and more attention by many experts who also carried out the relevant study. The article describes the occurrence and existing situation of water shortage in all over the country, and puts forward several effective resolve approaches. |
