| 摘 要： | 与中酸性浅成岩有关的金矿是新疆东准噶尔地区新发现的一个重要金矿类型，通过解剖有关中酸性小岩体及其典型矿床，初步探讨了此类金矿的基本成矿特征，认为该矿化类型总体上受控于一套华力西中晚期的中酸性浅成小杂体，并指出了其找矿方向。

| Abstract: | Gold deposits related to intermediate acid hypabyssal rocks were recently discovered in eastern margin of Juggar Basin in Xinjiang. By study some small intermediate acid hypabyssal complexes and their associated gold deposits, the author discussed basic mineralizing characters of this kind of gold deposits. It is suggested that the occurrence of this kind of gold deposits was likely controlled by a series of intermediate acid hypabyssal complexes that formed in middle latter Hercynian cycle. Prospecting direction about this kind of gold deposits was pointed out. |
