摘    要:本文以不附加原有建筑竖向和水平荷载为原则,提出了一种建筑加层新的结构设计方案。通过外包柱提供了加层附加荷载的竖向传力途径;利用隔震层、外包柱及加层结构对原结构动力响应的调制作用,保证了原结构水平地震响应不增加,因而保证在原结构不变的情况下,整体结构有足够的抗力和可靠性。本文对实际结构进行了加层设计,给出了计算分析结果。

Abstract:A new structure-designing scheme for adding some storeys to original building is put forward, which is based on the prerequisite that the vertical and horizontal loads in original building are not increased. Encased columns present vertical force-transmitting way of the additional storeys load. The modulation action of isolation layer, encased columns and additional storeys to original structure guarantees that the seismic horizontal response of the original structure is not increased. Then the resistance and reliability of the integrated structure ave enough without requirement of any change of the original structure. The storey-adding design of an actual structure is carried out and the relative calculation and analysis results are presented.
