摘    要:合成SiC是新型钻石仿制品,其硬度、折光率、色散值、热导系数均与钻石极其相近,用常规钻石检测方法难以鉴定;但合成SiC为非均质体,具较高双折射率,内含物及颜色也具特殊性,且其可见光吸收光谱、红外线吸收光谱、X射线荧光能谱均与钻石不同,依据这些特征可准确鉴定.

Abstract:Man-made SiC is firstly producted to the market as the fake of diamond in 1998 by American C3 Com. His physics property such as rigidity, refractive index dispersion and heat conductivity is similar to the diamond's. So inspection is difficult with the common diamond inspection ways. But man-made SiC is a non-homogeneous solid, which have big double refractive index,but also his color and inclusion are special. All his visible light absorption spectra infrared absorption spectra and X-ray flurorescence energy spectra are not uniform with diamond. So we can identify them exactly according to the above properties .
