阳极焙烧炉结构优化设计

摘    要:对以重油作为燃料的阳极焙烧炉的火道结构进行了优化模拟计算。从炉子的设计角度提出了解决炉内流动场、温度分布不均匀的方案。分析了两种结构优化方案的可行性 ,并得出综合优化方案。适当的调整挡板的位置可以改善气流的分布。结果显示 ,综合优化方案对改善阳极焙烧炉的燃烧条件有着显著效果。数值模拟的方法为阳极焙烧炉结构和运行参数的优化提供了较准确、快速和经济的研究手段。

Abstract:This paper performs simulation on the optimized structure of a heavy oil burning anode baking furnace. The methods to solve the problems were given from the angle of the furnace design. The feasibility of two optimized structure cases is analyzed. Finally, a case of comprehensive optimization is developed. Appropriate adjustment of the location of flue baffles can reform the gas flow distribution. The calculated results indicate that the comprehensive optimization case may greatly improve the combustion condition in the anode baking furnace. Numerical simulation of anode baking furnace provides a reliable accurate, rapid and economical method to optimize structure of anode baking furnace flue and operation parameter.
