水资源承载能力评价的熵权模糊物元模型

摘    要:以模糊物元分析理论为基础,结合熵值法和欧氏贴近度概念,构建用于评价水资源承载能力的熵权模糊物元分析模型。介绍了该模型的计算步骤,应用该模型对淮河流域各分区的水资源承载能力进行了综合评价,并与其他评价方法的评价结果进行了比较。结果表明,该文建立的模型合理且计算简单,可靠性、实用性强,适用于多种综合评价问题。

Abstract:In view of the fuzziness and inconsistency character of the individual evaluation index in water resource carrying capacity evaluation,an entropy fuzzy matter-element model of water resources carrying capacity is established after analyzing the shortcoming of various evaluation methods,which based on the matter-element theory,and combined with the concept of entropy method and Euclid approach degree.The coefficients of weight in this model are derived from the avail value of data reflected by the information entropy.Through this method,the problem of the influence of subjective factors in weight allocation can be avoided.Regarding the assessment grade of water resources carrying capacity as matter-element,the compound fuzzy matter-element is constructed according to the fuzzy index value,and the comprehensive assessment grade is established by calculating Euclid approach degree between the compound matter-element and the criteria fuzzy matter-element.Finally,the model is applied to assess the water resources carrying capacity of 6 regions in Huaihe River Basin,which is compared with attribute recognition and fuzzy clustering neural network methods.The comparison shows that the proposed method is more reasonable and its algorithm is very simple,reliable and appliable.It provides a new effective method for the comprehension evaluation of water resources carrying capacity,which is an effective supplement to the existing evaluation methods.
