Determine Map Content Of Thematic Map With Expert System Technology

To determine map content is the first work for thematic map design. This paper has summed up the knowledge which is necessary for determining thematic map content,and established the expert system for determing thematic map's elements on micro-computer with PROLOG language. This paper also introduces the knowledge's representing methods and system's structure,functions and operation manner.
