| 摘 要： | "十一五"期间,我国将投入土地整理资金超过3 000亿元人民币.为了使国家对土地整理的巨额投资落到实处,土地整理项目的监管至关重要.本文结合土地整理监管业务需求以及高分辨率遥感监测的特点,采用三层式设计了土地整理遥感监测系统,即应用层,系统功能层和数据服务层.根据土地整理遥感监测的特点,设计了系统的功能模块,包括文件、显示、土地整理工程信息提取、土地整理评价、工具箱等功能模块.并基于TITAN Image 6.0开发平台,用Visual C++.net搭建了系统主体框架和实现了系统的大部分功能模块.下一步将对系统的部分功能模块进一步完善. |
