摘    要:采用过氧化钠熔融消解样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定土壤中31种常量、次量和微量元素。筛选了不同溶矿方法和仪器参数条件,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)低于6.0%;经土壤国家一级标准物质分析验证,测定结果与标准值吻合。

Abstract:The quantitative analysis of 31 major, minor and trace elements in soil samples were performed using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with Na2O2 fusion sample pretreatment. The sample fusion and instrument operation parameters were studied and optimized. The reliability of the method has been tested by determination of these elements in soil National Standard Reference samples and the results are in agreement with certified values with the precision of less than 6.0%RSD (n=11).
