武汉市土地利用效益演变及问题分析

摘    要:城市化进程的加快及城市土地利用剧烈变化使城市土地利用问题成为研究的重点。在重新界定城市土地利用效益内涵的基础上,以特大城市武汉市为例,对城市化进程中我国城市土地利用效益的演变情况进行分析,总结城市土地利用效益演变的规律及趋势,并对长期以来城市土地利用效益低下的原因进行剖析,提出提高城市土地利用效益、优化城市土地利用的对策。

Abstract:On the background of the ways and structure of urban land use abruptly changed along with the rapid progress of urbanization of China,from the viewpoint of urban land use efficiency and based on the demands for solving serious problems progressively emerged in urban land use activities,the evolvement and problems of urban land use efficiency of Wuhan in the past 20 years are exhaustively analyzed in this paper.The evolvement tendency and present situation of urban land use efficiency that high output with high input in urban land use,and urban land use efficiency of Chinese cities lagging far behind developed cities in the world are comparatively analyzed.Referring to the present situation and the problems of urban land use efficiency,three key reasons of inefficient urban land use respectively being deficient development of the tertiary industry,unreasonable allocation of industrial land and ubiquitous phenomenon of urban land being used extensively or leaving unused are discussed,and countermeasures to realize high efficient urban land use are proposed,which including optimization of the industrial structure,accelerating of the re-regulation of urban land and allocating the urban land reasonably.
