| 摘 要： | 本文分析了南北带北段为主体的陕甘宁青地区近十年来的65个中强地震的前兆资料,以及中强震的特点和预报的难点。初步提出了综合预报对策、方法、程序和指标,並对它们的意义进行了阐述与讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the data of the precursor of 65 intermediate magnitude earthquakes are analysed, which almost occurred at the northern portion of the North-South earthquake belt.We have also analysed their characteristics and difficulties for the prediction. The countermeasure, method, procedure, and index of the synthetic prediction are preliminarily proposed. The practical and theoretical meaning are also described and discussed. |
