摘    要:湛江地区老粘土分布广泛,呈硬塑-坚硬状,粘聚力大,力学强度高,对沉桩有一定影响。针对湛江地区较多工程高桩码头方桩沉桩施工中出现裂损或入土过浅的现象,结合湛江奥里油电厂油改煤项目码头工程,设计对方桩锥形桩尖优化为H型桩尖,施工中没有出现桩破损现象,最终贯入度、桩尖标高达到设计要求;施工完成后经检测,桩身质量和承载力满足设计要求,效果良好,可供湛江地区类似工程借鉴参考。

Application of H-Shaped Pile Toe of Square Piles in Old Clay in Zhanjiang Area

Abstract:The old clay is widely distributed in Zhanjiang area.It is hard plastic to hard and has great cohesive force and high mechanical strength,which may influence,to some extent,the sinking pile.In many constructions of high pile wharfs in Zhanjiang area the cracking or inserting shallow of square piles occurs during the pile sinking.For this phenomenon,the cone-shaped pile toe of the square pile is optimized to a H-shaped one in the project of changing oil to coal in the Aoliyou Plant of Zhanjiang.By such a design,no pile breakages occur again in the construction,and the final penetration and the elevation of pile toe have all reached the requirements of the design.The detection after finishing the construction shows that both the quality and the bearing capacity of the pile body satisfy the requirements of the design.This type of pile toe may provide a reference for the similar projects in Zhanjiang area.
