| Abstract: | On plates taken with the 152 cm Ritchey-Chrétien telescope of the Figl Observatory for Astrophysics three very close pairs of spherical compact galaxies were found. The separations of their components are so narrow that they must touch or even penetrate each other with their outer parts. On plates of the Tautenburg 134/200/400 cm Schmidt camera magnitudes in U, B, V, colour indices and the position in the two colour diagram could be determined. Distances, absolute magnitudes of the pairs and diameters and surface magnitudes for the single components were determined, too. |
