铸件的工业CT三维检测技术

摘    要:通过对工业CT扫描得到的连续二维图片进行三维重建,得到试件的三维重建图像,从而可用于复杂构件的三维结构分析、缺陷硷测,并可与快速成型系统相结合,实现对复杂零件的快速复制,在产品开发及制造过程中起到了重要作用。

Abstract:Objective and Method: By reconstructing the continuous ICT two-dimensional image, the software and NDT method of three-dimensional images of cast-part can be obtained. Result: This Method can be used to analyze the spatial structure and flaw detection of complicate part, as well it can be connected with rapid prototype system to the part. Conclusion: It plays an important role in product design and manufacture process.
