| 摘 要： | 应用二甲美兰分光光度法测定溶液中古糖酯（ＰｒｏｐｙｌｅｎｅｇｌｕｃｏｌＧｕｌｕｒｏｎａｔｅＳｏｄｉｕｍＳｕｌ－ｆａｔｅＰＧＳＳ）的含量。有色化合物最大吸收波长为５２０ｎｍ，方法检测限为２．５～５０μｇ／ｍＬ，回收率为９８．４２±１．３７％，ＣＶ＜２％，该方法准确，快速，重现性好，灵敏度高
