| 摘 要： | 辽宁省地理国情普查项目试点中，采用项目监理制度，质量控制贯穿试点项目始终。监理对提高产品质量起到监督作用，通过现场交流、跟班作业，监理和普查单位对于地理国情普查项目的认识有所提高，在试生产中与普查单位一起总结出正式生产的注意事项。

| Abstract: | In the program of Geographic National Conditions Census in Liaoning Province as experimental unit , we established the supervision system ,and we control the quality throughout .We improved the quality of products by supervision system , live communication, supervising in the working site .As the result, not only the supervisor but the general investigation organization improved the understanding , so that we summarized the announcements in the production processes . |
