In the process of the deformation monitoring , we can study and analyze the observation data of the high -rise buildings after we obtain the observation data .Then, we can master the foundation settlement with the time , predict the deformation trend of the next and provide the necessary preparations possible deformation to reduce the loss of settlement .Grey model analysis is a commonly used method of data processing and forecasting analysis .This paper uses the grey model method to predict the deformation monitoring data and gets useful conclusions after introducing the grey model method simply .
