摘    要:肩负着为城市生存、发展,起支撑和新陈代谢作用的地下管网系统,其高标准的信息化管理技术与管理平台,是智慧城市建设的重要内容。系统建设首先确定设计原则和策略,然后在已确定的系统架构基础上明确系统建设的具体内容,尤其是共享服务平台、管控一体化平台等功能要满足规划部门在对地下空间资源进行规划、设计时的需求。

Abstract:Underground pipe system are charged with survival and development of city. It has high standard information management technology and management platform, this is important to build smart cities. First, system construction need to establish principles and strategies of design. And then, clearly establish specific content on the architecture of system. Especially shared services platform, control and Management Integration platform and other function need to fulfill demand of planning department on planning and design of underground space resources.
