| 摘 要： | 海洋是潜力巨大的资源宝库，是人类赖以生存和发展的蓝色家园，是沿海经济带发展的重要载体和生态文明建设的战略空间。我省管辖海域辽阔，监测掌握海湾、海岸线、滩涂海洋空间资源的地理空间分布、利用状况、发展变化等也是我省地理国情监测的重要内容。
